Wilflex Epic Matte Black Plastisol Ink

Wilflex Epic Matte Black is a specially formulated non-phthalate black ink created to deliver an ultra-low gloss finish. Engineered for high-efficiency wet-on-wet printing, Epic Matte Black provides outstanding print quality for both manual and automatic presses. FEATURES Matte Finish Excellent flash properties Build-up resistant for high productivity printing. PRINTING TIPS Wilflex inks have been carefully designed to perform within a given viscosity range. Any alteration of viscosity should be minimized. Stir plastisols before printing. For one-hit high coverage / opacity through coarse meshes, use a coating procedure that builds a thick, even stencil to ensure a good column height of ink. CURING and FLASHING INSTRUCTIONS Flash at 160F (70C) for 3 - 5 seconds Adjust flash temperature and dwell time so the ink is just dry to the touch. Depending on the flash unit, a 2 - 3 second flash could be adequate. Cure at 320F (160C) Curing is a time and temperature process, a lower oven temperature setting with a slower belt speed while maintaining recommended ink cure temperature is always best to protect fabric, control dye migration, and reduce energy consumption. CLEAN UP Ink Degradents: Easiway Multipurpose or Sgreen Ink Degrader Press Wash: Sgreen Supreme STORAGE INFORMATION Store at 65-90F (18-32C). Avoid direct sunlight.
